Decided to give their service department a shot and took my 2025 tacoma in for a 15k mile service. Unfortunately, my vehicle was damaged while in service. I was pleased with the way that the service manager handled the situation. Jeff made sure I was put into a loaner vehicle for my upcoming 2 week roadtrip that I was no longer able to take my truck on -he even made sure to get me into a loaner that was 4x4 and able to haul all my gear without me even having to ask. He made sure my truck was in good hands moving forward and made sure the repairs were completed accordingly. Life Happens, Mistakes Happen - It's all about how you handle it and Jeff did a great job in my opinion. I will return to give their service department another shot.

Out of all of the hybrid cars that I test drove a few months ago, the Toyota Rav4 was my favorite. So when my mom and I were actually getting serious about finding me a Rav, we stumbled upon Brewer Airport Toyota. To be honest, I was a little anxious having had a bad experience with another dealership but Jayden Cullens took that anxiety away and continued to make my mom and I comfortable from day 1. He is courteous, knowledgeable, fun to be around, fascinating to speak with, polite and charming. Not only did he make our experience fun, but he also had a great attitude throughout the whole process. From test driving my Rav with me to walking around the show room and parking lot to locate the paint color on other models that I was considering, he went above and beyond for us.
